things, I used the Strathmore Bristol
vellum, and not the smooth this time.
I find I liked using it much more than I
thought I would.....

Rooster in Pencil

A proud rooster struts his stuff. He used
to belong to my son, Luke, and his family, but
I'm not sure what became of him. I fear he
met a violent end....

Commissioned Work

This is a portrait of my dear friend Grace
and her husband Jerry. The drawing
was commissioned by their daughter
Marcee, in honour of their 35th
wedding anniversary.

Bright Red Tomato

This is a bright red tomato from my
daughter's garden. I drew it with
Colour Pencils on Colourfix Paper.
It measures 4.5" by 4.5".

Eggs Again

Guess I still haven't gotten drawing eggs
out of my system! These have been
created with colour pencil, but I had to
use some oil pastel on the yolks, since
I couldn't get the yellows I wanted with
the pencils.
