More lovely farm-fresh eggs! I love the way they are so wonderfully shaped and reflect the light! These eggs are sitting in my skillet, in the transitional stage between raw and cooked! I used Oil Pastels for this painting.

I'm experimenting with different surfaces to use for my coloured pencil work; this one is done on velour paper and I think I like the effect. I'll try a few more...

This one started out in coloured pencil, but ended up as a little oil painting. I bought a bag of marbles and a bag of stones at the Dollar Store, and they've served me wonderfully as the subjects of many paintings!

I was in the mood for getting into my Oil Pastels again, and this little 4" by 6" drawing is the result. Think I'll do a few more in this medium...

This one is done in coloured pencil on black paper. It is based on a photo I took last summer at one of my favourite spots in the whole world......Upper Canada Village.

This is another larger drawing (9" by 12"). Nikki's blonde hair lends itself well to being drawn on a black surface! I did a graphite version of this one a while ago.
